All custom orders receive a free art proof prior to printing your order. Art proofs must be approved prior to production. All proofs are sent via email. Please note that art proofs approved by clients that contain errors will not be reprinted free of charge. Please check your proofs carefully.

Print Production

Once your artwork has been approved your order will enter production. Standard production time is 5 working days after proof approval. Please call for availability of rush production.

Order Tracking

When your order has been completed and shipped you will receive tracking information by email. You may printed completed invoice anytime by logging in to your account.

Calculating Freight Charges

Follow the instructions below to calculate your order total including freight costs prior to placing your order. Real-time shipping rate calculations from UPS are used.

1) Enter product into shopping cart

2) Enter ship to "state" and" zip code" where indicated

3) Click the "Recalculate" button

4) Choose your ship method from the drop down field

Please note that many items require "dimensional oversized weight" surcharges that are charged by UPS for items that are bulky. These extra charges, if any, will be represented in your freight cost calculation. Large sign orders might require Motor freight. Please contact customer service for a quote.

Fonts & Ink Colors
Below is our standard color chart. Above each color is the screen print ink color followed by the closest PMS color match. PMS stands for Pantone Color Matching System. PMS numbers are used in the graphic industry to standardize colors. It is important that the customer relays the correct color to the printer. For example, just telling your printer that you would like a blue imprint won't do. There are thousands different shades of blue. The blue you envision and the blue that your printer prints will most certainly be wrong. Now enters PMS. You just tell the printer the PMS number that matches your blue. Now the printer knows the exact blue. Everyone is now comparing apples to apples and there is no ambiguity. We can custom mix inks to close match PMS colors. Please provide PMS colors in "Solid Coated". We cannot obtain exact PMS color matches. PMS color matching is $25.00 per color. You can order a swatch book from www.pantone.com

Neon Colors Important notes: There are no PMS color matches for neon ink colors. Neon colors print with a matte finish. These colors are extremely bright and can be an eye popping addition to your signage but have one major drawback. Neon colors fade quickly when exposed to sunlight. We suggest only using these colors on temporary signage.

Standard Fonts

Below is our standard list of fonts. This list is just a small fraction of fonts available for your signage.

If creating your own artwork please download our artwork guidelines before creating your artwork. Click Here to download our guidelines. When creating your own artwork you can use any font available to you. Just remember to convert your fonts to curves/path before sending your file to us. Converting text curves/path changes the font to a graphic allowing us to print without needing the actual font file.

If we are going to create your artwork and the font you want is not listed just let us know the font you would like when you order your signage. Chances are we have it or can make a close match.

When designing signage that needs to be seen from a distance try to use bold fonts and use a few words as possible.

Production Time

Standard 5 Working Day Production

Our standard 5 day production begins the day after artwork approval. Production time is in working days. Weekends and holidays do not count as production days. We are busiest during the Spring and Summer months. If your order will take longer them 5 working days we will contact you prior to production for your approval. Production time does not include freight time.

RUSH Production

If you require your order in less then 5 working days please call to check availability prior to placing your order.

Transit Time

Our 5 day standard production does not include the time UPS takes to deliver your order. Our manufacturing plants is located in Baltimore and Bowie Maryland. Please use the graph below for approximate delivery time.
